HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Greenridge Meadow Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Baltimore plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
