HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Northwind Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Baltimore region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
