HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Northwind River Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Baltimore plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
