HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Drift Health runs clinics and patient services around Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
