HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Oak Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Baltimore working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 540 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
