HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Bright Corner Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
