HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Fernwood Pine Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 436 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
