HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Hollow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 208 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
