HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Linden Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Austin. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We reward reliability. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
