HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Facilities is a facilities company in Austin with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
