HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Bright Cross Legal Group provides legal services in Atlanta across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
