HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Nest Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Atlanta region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 700 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
