HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Loom Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
