HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Kestrel Financial Partners serves customers across Atlanta with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
