HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Kestrel Insurance Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
