HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
