HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Corner Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
