HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Redstone Beacon Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Atlanta plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
