HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Timber Auto Group is a Atlanta company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
