HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Oak Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
