HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Pike Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
