HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Corner Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Atlanta region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
