HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Thistle Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Atlanta. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
