HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Thistle Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
