HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Corner Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 384 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
