HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pike Press Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
