HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

Bluepeak Glen Farms is an agricultural business based around Anchorage. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
