HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

Bright Fox Pharma develops and makes medicines in Anchorage, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
