HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Haven Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Anchorage, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
