HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate Meadow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Anchorage supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
