HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Ember Press is a printer and publisher in Anchorage serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
