HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Mill Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
