HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Ember Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
