HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Vale Property Management Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
