HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Pike Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
