HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

Bright Clear Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
