HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

Summit Haven Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Anchorage, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
