HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Rook Community Partners is a nonprofit in Albuquerque supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
