HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Ashton Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Albuquerque. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 556 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
