HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Energy is an energy provider in Albuquerque focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
