HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Ridge Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
