HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Lumen Meadow Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
