Clearpath Lantern Property Management Associates is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
