HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Wren Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
