HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Albuquerque producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
