HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Basin Legal Group is a Albuquerque practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 760 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
