HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Orchard Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Albuquerque, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 747 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
