HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Glen Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Albuquerque. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 550 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
