HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Clearpath Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Albuquerque with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 468 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
