HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Corner Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Albuquerque region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
